BEWARE OR FRUSTRATION

Have ever wondered why some go to the extent of committing suicide? It start from feelings of dissatisfaction, disappointment and gradually it builds up to become acute frustration. No one is immune to such negative feelings, because we all go through our various trials. But your attitude and the way you deal with such feelings will determine whether it will just go away or lead to bigger problems. Frustration does no come suddenly, it's a gradual thing. It creep into your mind and like a seed it germinate and bear fruits of anger, bitterness, suicidal tendencies. We must as a matter of personal policy never give room to frustration in our lives. Problems are part of life, they will always come and go, you must as an individual, have an inbuilt system to handle difficult times and avoid frustration. TIPS ON HOW TO AVOID FRUSTRATION; 1, Do not allow negative thoughts to dwell on your mind for too long. Purge them out, by focusing your mind on more pleasant happening in your life 2, Make yourself happy. Do whatever gives you joy; sing, dance, listen to good music, visit friends with good sense of humor, change your looks etc. 3, Identify the source of the problem and deal with it calmly and rationally. 4, Talk to someone who is in a possible to help you. Seek wise counsel. Do not keep quiet and die of frustration. Read books dealing with the problem at hand. 5, Above all, turn to the almighty God who us able to solve every problem of life and who will also give you peace even in the midst of difficult situations

LAUGHTER, IS MEDICINE

Life is full of ups and downs! There are so many issues creating stress in our lives; ranging from family problems, failed relationships, job- related problems; as such some people do not even smile anymore, and laughter is completely ruled out. Laughter can pave way for a new and exciting life for you , A smile creates happiness and it fosters good relationships. Laughter is the cheapest tonic we can enjoy; don't let a day go by without laughing at least once! Learn to smile more, and laugh when happy and even when sad!
