Winning Formulas. Beloved, do not allow anyone, any situation to steal your joy. Many people easily become depressed, sad, because of the inevitable conflicts that is a part of every relationship- family, marriage,dating, friendship etc
If your allow the state of your relationship with loved ones to determine your state of mind, you will constantly be setting yourself up for depression and lack of joy.
Similarly, if every negative situation in your life result in sadness, there is every likelihood that you may never really be happy in life. This is because of the fact that life is full of challenges, as one problem is being solved, another may spring up. You may not be able to control these situations, but you can control your reaction to them.
Make up your mind to be happy. Happiness is a choice. No one can steal your joy unless you permit it!

THE RESULTS OF WRONG COMPANY
Relationships play a vital role in the sharpening of your mind. For instance you may know what is right but your group of friends may not be a source of encouragement. If you lack the courage to pursue your goals because you are in the midst of wrong company you may never realize them.
Many lives have been ruined as a result of wrong company and association. Once a relationship does not bring you positive additions, particularly in reasoning, you are not safe. There is no toeing the middle line.
It is much better to walk alone than to walk with men and women of unlike minds.
Please make a careful appraisal of your relationships, else what looks "cheerful" today may become "tearful" tomorrow.

So many relationship fail due to dishonesty. Some people have the habit of covering up their errors, past mistakes and pretending as if nothing happened. Some go into relationships giving falsified information about themselves, how long can it last? the truth will surely come out somebody. Then what happens? Anger, bitterness and at times, painful break-ups.

Building a successful marriage is hard work. like every other relationships conflicts are bound to arise occasionally. The following guidelines will help you in managing such conflicts:
1, Take time to evaluate yourself by sitting down quietly for minutes.
2, Replace negative thoughts about your spouse with positive ones.
3, Suspend judgment and criticism so as to prepare your mind to hear your spouse explanation.

OLD THINGS HAVE PAST AWAY!
Beloved, a new year is here, the old one is gone forever. For some the former year is one they will remember with gladness, for others they may have mixed feeling because it wasn't particularly a good year for them and yet there is another category of people that would remember the year with sadness. What ever group you belong to, it is time to let go of all the mixed emotions of the past year; Old things have past away.
It is time to make plans, for your hopes and aspirations for this year. Start early, there is no time to waste. Brooding over the past or unending celebration of your past victory will retard your progress.
Draw up a realistic list of what you want to achieve this year and begin to tick them as they are accomplished.
But remember, you might not be able to achieve all. Just do your best; and always endeavor to commit everything into the hand of God in prayers. Don't fret when trials come ( they are part of life), be still, resolute in your determination to succeed. Wishing the very best of this wonderful year!

DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED
Beloved, do not be discouraged! there are so many problems everywhere; political, economic, personal issues that can bring a lot of frustration if one is not watchful.
My word to you today is; be of good cheer! no matter what is going on in your country, family and in your own life.
Life itself is a battle, be determined to fight and have victory in every situation.
Bear in mind, that you cannot WIN without the help of the almighty God; therefore surrender your life and problems to Him, allow him to guide you and lead you to success.
The fact that marriages, relationships are breaking down or that the down-turn of the economy is affecting many does not mean you must be among.
